Awesome coffee -- batch brew was even great (unfortunately a rare find). Picked up some beans for later along with a few books on the well curated book store area. Great ambiance a one a true gem in Scappoose.
I maybe just had the most inventive coffee I've had in years!! In a cute coffee shop in Scapoose, greeted by a beautiful case of pastries and the smell of fresh coffee, I tried an iced coffee with coconut, sea salt, and lime that was SO GOOD. I loved it!
SCAPPOOSE!! I needed a cup of coffee, a cappuccino to be exact. We rolled through this little town and while expectations were low, we wandered into a diamond in the rough. First of all...GREAT COFFEE. The entry and dining room were decorated with a lot of wood, however, the thing that grabbed my attention was the book book. Everything about this place was original and amazing. Including the staff...bright and warm, I was happy to try their coffee creations...and they were brilliant.
Coffee and food are great, the food and pastries are all made in house. The atmosphere is always welcoming with families, group's, and friends laughing and talking. But the best part of cathedral coffee are the employees, they seem to really enjoy their work and are always gracious to everyone.
I LOVE Cathedral Coffee! Atmosphere, community, hospitality, art, music, PEOPLE!!!! All Five Stars!
